Timothy Biggins

Tim Biggins has been a certified police officer for the past 17 years. For over 12 years Tim has worked in narcotics investigations and criminal investigations. In the past two years Tim has focused on patrol work as a certified K9 officer. Additionally, Tim has administrative experience as a DUI coordinator for the county. Tim has received training in all areas of investigations including several college credits in a criminal justice program.

Tim Guise

Tim Guise has been a certified police officer for the past 20 years. Tim has worked in all areas of police work including patrol, narcotics investigations, criminal investigations and supervision. Tim has received extensive training in all areas of investigations during the past 20 years. Tim currently holds the rank of Detective Sergeant with a local police department, and oversees the daily operations of the department’s criminal investigations.

Stephen Higgs

Steve Higgs graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1996 with a degree in Criminal Justice. Steve completed police academy and began working as a police officer in 1997. Steve is involved in numerous county task forces, including DUI Task Force. He has worked extensively in both private security and event security. He currently holds a position as a Detective in a local police department.
